Fee Structure #1: $150.00 - Use of chapel only without use of the sound system for less than 10 people.
Wedding only no food or reception activities. No arranging or moving of any equipment, benches, chairs or other furnishings. 2 Hour Maximum for Chapel Use
Fee Structure #2: $200.00 - Use of chapel only without use of the sound system for groups of 11 to 50 people.
Wedding only no food or reception activities. No arranging or moving of any equipment, benches, chairs or other furnishings. 2 Hour Maximum for Chapel Use
Fee Structure #3: $300.00 - Use of chapel only – use of the sound system including system operator, up to 50 people. Wedding only no food or reception activities. Fee includes moving and resetting sound equipment on stage and the use of two changing rooms. 2 Hour Maximum for Chapel Use
Fee Structure #4: $350.00 - Use of chapel only- use of the sound system including system operator, from 51 to 100 people. Wedding only no food or reception activities. Fee includes moving and resetting sound equipment on stage and the use of two changing rooms. 2 Hour Maximum for Chapel Use

Fee for Gymnasium Use: Up to 200 People
$500.00 includes- One Security Person, Hall, Kitchen, Two Back Bathrooms, Tables, Chairs- Pots, Pans, Coffee Maker and Cooking/Serving Utensils. The Fee Does Not Include: Any Supplies Such As Paper Products, Eating Utensils, Coffee, Condiments Or Tablecloths. 5 Hour Maximum for Gym Use - $20.00 per hour over 5 hours.

.I, the undersigned, agree to the following:
Renter to provide proof of event insurance as the primary insurer to cover any bodily injury or property damage with Harbor Chapel named as additional insured. Security Person must be authorized by Harbor Chapel Renter is responsible to return the facilities and grounds back to the same condition as it was prior to the function and is liable for any damage to the facilities. No alcohol on church property - No smoking within 50 feet of any building. Harbor Chapel is not responsible for any damage of personal property or loss of goods. To keep the volume of live or recorded music to a level not to exceed the range of the parking area. To clean up the parking lot of all trash deposited by your organization or function. The above prices do not include fees for the minister. Ministers must be authorized by Harbor Chapel. To see that the cars in the parking lot are parked responsibly to make way for emergency vehicles and that there will be no reckless driving in the parking lot. Only the rooms required with this agreement are to be used. No use of the playground, playground equipment, nursery or other parts of the church grounds will be used without authorization. Premises must be vacated by 11:00 PM – No Noise after 10:00 pm |
